PeopleString Corporation owned by Darin Myman, President and CEO of BigString Corporation has developed and operates a social network with a multi-tiered affiliate program that shares revenue the Company generates through the social network with PeopleString’s users. PeopleString share its revenue generated from advertising and marketing affiliations with the “active users” of our social network, which are defined as those users who are registered users and have logged onto their account within 30 days (or 90 days for premium users) of the date that the revenue is received. In addition, pursuant to our shopping rewards program, a user who purchases through our website will share in the revenue received by PeopleString as a result of such purchases. For example, through these marketing affiliations, PeopleString post banner ads (an advertisement for a specific company or product) on PeopleString website which generate revenue if users access such advertisements or access such advertisements and purchase the products and services offered. Moreover, certain of PeopleString marketing affiliations generate revenue if users visit another website using our services.
